U.S. reservist military police officer in Iraq, turned over to U.S. Army officials the infamous CD containing the appalling photographs of fellow soldiers abusing and humiliating Iraqi inmates at the Abu Ghraib prison. The photos touched off a major scandal that reverberated around the world and seriously tainted perceptions of the U.S. occupation of Iraq.
