On Saturday July 30, 2016 Ellicott City in Maryland experiences six inches of rain in less than two hours. The floods rip through houses, move cars, and causes the death of two people. Ellicott City, west of Baltimore, is one of Maryland's most historic cities. According to experts, rebuilding the damaged properties could take months. The flood is record breaking, the chances of this sort of extreme weather happening is 0.01%.
