The epic of all biblical epics, Ben-Hur tells the story of Christ with conviction and authority and is at times thrilling, moving and melancholy. Watch for the daring and fast-paced chariot race, which was choreographed so realistically that it left one stuntman dead. The film won a record 11 Oscars, including Best Picture, Director, Actor, Supporting Actor and Cinematography.
