California salesman, was charged in April with two counts of murder after the bodies of his wife, Laci, and their unborn son washed ashore on San Francisco Bay. He pleaded not guilty. Laci Peterson, who was due to deliver the child on Feb. 10, disappeared on Dec. 24, 2002.
