John Cuniff
Age: 57member of the N.J. Devils organization for 13 years and longtime assistant to the U.S. men's international hockey team; served as assistant coach to the U.S. squad at three Winter Olympics, including Salt Lake City; played on 1967 U.S. men's national team and 1968 U.S. Olympic team; coached Hartford Whalers for 13 games (1982-83 season) and was assistant in Boston for three seasons before joining the Devils in 1989 as head coach; most recently a special assignment scout for the Devils. He died of cancer.
