Dimitri Tertyshny
Age: 22rookie defenseman for the Philadelphia Flyers; scored two goals and had eight assists in 1998-99 season; drafted by the Flyers in the sixth round in 1995. He bled to death after falling off a boat and being cut by the propeller.
