The eight regional winners of the 48-team field: NORTHEAST— St. Rose (27-6); EAST— Fairmont State (27-4); SOUTH ATLANTIC— Virginia Union (27-6); SOUTH— Delta State (27-4); SOUTH CENTRAL— West Texas A&M (26-5); GREAT LAKES— Kentucky Wesleyan (30-3); NORTH CENTRAL— Northern State (27-5); WEST— UC-Davis (31-2).
The Elite Eight was played March 18-21, at the Commonwealth Convention Center in Louisville, Ky. There was no Third Place game.
