The eight regional winners of the 48-team field: NORTHEAST— St. Anslem, N.H. (23-8); EAST— Indiana, Pa. (24-7); SOUTH ATLANTIC— Georgia College & State University (25-5); SOUTH— Florida Southern (32-1); SOUTH CENTRAL— Mo. Southern St. (29-2); GREAT LAKES— Kentucky Wesleyan (29-2); NORTH CENTRAL— Metropolitan State, Colo. (30-4); WEST— Seattle Pacific (26-4).
The Elite Eight was played March 22-25, at the Commonwealth Convention Center in Louisville, Ky. There was no Third Place game.
