Ad executive Jack Nagle (Steven Weber) is on the fast track until a blind date gone awry results in what he assumes to be a curse. He looks to his ex-girlfriend (Amy Pietz), freeloader roommate (Chris Elliott), and coworker (Wendell Pierce) for guidance and support through his series of never-ending mishaps.
