It's utter chaos when bickering brothers Jack (Dobson) and Warren (Whitfield) Baldwin take over the daily operation of their sexpot mother's (Stevens) video-dating service, Head Over Heels. Jack is a womanizer who often hits on the clients, and Warren can't get over the fact that his wife left him for a Miami Dolphin football star.
