The Simpsons currently holds the Guinness World Record for "Most Celebrities Featured in an Animation series".
- Season One
- Kelsey Grammer did the voice for Sideshow Bob, Krusty's assistant as his title indicates. Kelsey returns in many episodes when Bob's character recurrs, up to no good framing Krusty for robbing the Kwik E Mart and trying to unsuccessfully murder Bart on multiple occasions for revealing the true identity of the thief. Bob is replaced by Sideshow Mel while he's incarcarated, who is known for his bone through his hair.
- Season Two
- James Earl Jones narrates the first Treehouse of Horror Halloween special, such as reading Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven.
- Larry King also plays narrator as himself in the Bible on tape.
