New Orleans surgeon, was arrested in July and accused of administering lethal injections to kill four of Memorial Medical Center's sickest patients days after the hurricane. Nurses Lori Budo and Cheri Landry were also arrested. Thirty-four patients died at the hospital, which was without power and surrounded by water. The victims were intensive care patients.
