British intelligence linguist, was arrested in 2003 for leaking a top-secret request from an official with the United States National Security Agency who was seeking help in bugging United Nations diplomats from countries the U.S. was courting for support for a resolution that authorized war in Iraq. In March 2004, the British government said it would not prosecute Gunn.
