Indonesian terror suspect, was captured in Thailand in August in a joint operation between the CIA and the Thai police. Hambali, Asia's most-wanted terrorist, served as the operations chief of Jemaah Islamiyah, which has ties to al-Qaeda. Officials believe Hambali organized the 2002 bombing of a Bali nightclub and the attack on the J. W. Marriott hotel in Jakarta, and was involved in the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole and the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
