crematory operator, was arrested in February after investigators discovered several hundred rotting corpses on the grounds of the Tri-State Crematory in Noble, Ga. The crematory's furnace was not functioning for possibly up to ten years, yet the owners continued to accept bodies for cremation, sending families powdered cement and other substances instead of human remains. Marsh was charged with 16 felony counts of theft by fraud.
