California high school student, went on a shooting rampage at El Cahon's Santana High School in March that left two students dead and 13 wounded. He was charged with two counts of murder and 26 other counts. Law enforcement officials said Williams intended to kill himself but was apprehended before doing so. Williams had been the victim of intense bullying and had exhibited signs of depression.
