Helen Beardsley

mother and author whose book, Who Gets the Drumstick, chronicled the logistical nightmare of raising 20 children. A widow with eight children, she married a widower with 10, and they had two kids together. The book was made into the 1968 film, Yours, Mine, and Ours, which starred Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda. She died of complications from Parkinson's disease.
