Age: 107left-handed pitcher for the New York Highlanders from 1911-13 and the St. Louis Browns in 1915; lived longer than any other Major League Baseball player in history; claimed his first appearance was against Ty Cobb, whom he struck out on three pitches; pitched 83 innings over 23 major league games, compiling a 2.49 ERA before the outbreak of WWI ended his career; of natural causes
