Beavis & Butthead

Animated duo of adolescent boys who starred in the Beavis and Butt-head, which aired on MTV (1993–97). Created by animator Mike Judge as parody of MTV viewers, Beavis and Butthead were nerdy, braindead couch potatos whose favorite activities included scouting music videos for good-looking babes and engaging in disgusting, sometimes dangerous pranks. Parental concerns about the characters' self-destructive antics hardly quelled the show's popularity and in 1996 the two dim-witted dorks hit the big screen in Beavis and Butthead Do America.
