First and second round picks at the 54th annual NBA College Draft held June 28, 2000 at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The order of the first 13 positions were determined by a Draft Lottery held May 21, in Secaucus, N.J. Positions 14 through 29 reflect regular season records in reverse order. Underclassmen selected are noted in CAPITAL letters.
